چکیده

The use of Kalman filtering techniques for landslide monitoring has proved effective as a tool estimating and predicting land displacements. Ground-Based Synthetic Aperture Radars (GBSAR) are popular remote sensing instruments able to provide displacement maps the investigated area, with submillimeter precision. These outperform other sensors in several respects, such all-weather all-day monitoring. However, some cases, instance vegetated scenarios, is affected by significant uncertainty due decorrelation radar signal. In case, retrieve any reliable information, noise must be filtered out using appropriate methods. Given success kinematic modeling movements through filtering, this technique seems optimal candidate processing measured interferometric GBSAR data. This paper investigates idea, applying Filter measurements acquired two different campaigns: north Spain, sliding glacier Alpes, Italy. A proper initialization algorithm parameters fundamental correct application filter. work, we present strategy that exploits information from coherent pixels tuning optimizing filter performance on areas low coherence.

Monitoring renal transplants: an application of the multiprocess Kalman filter.

The multiprocess Kalman filter offers a powerful general framework for the modelling and analysis of noisy time series which are subject to abrupt changes in pattern. It has considerable potential application to many forms of biological series used in clinical monitoring. In particular, the approach can be used to provide on-line probabilities of whether changes have occurred, as well as to ide...

Application of Extended Kalman Filter in Persistant Scatterer Interferometry to Enhace the Accuracy of Unwrapping Process

In interferometry technique, phases have been modulated between 0-2π. Finding the number of integer phases missed when they were wrapped is the main goal of unwrapping algorithms. Although the density of points in conventional interferometry is high, this is not effective in some cases such as large temporal baselines or noisy interferograms. Due to existing noisy pixels, not only it does not i...

Kalman Filter for Bilinear Systems with Application

In this paper, we present a new kind of the bilinear systems in the form of state space model. The evolution of this system depends on the product of state vector by its self. The well known Lotak Volterra and Lorenz models are special cases of this new model. We also present here a generalization of Kalman filter which is suitable to work with the new bilinear model. An application to real mea...

In the several past years, Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) and Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) havebecame basic algorithm for state-variables and parameters estimation of discrete nonlinear systems. The UKF has consistently outperformed for estimation. Sometimes least estimation error doesn't yieldwith UKF for the most nonlinear systems. In this paper, we use a new approach for a two variablestate no...

Slope Stability Monitoring Using Space-borne Repeat- Pass Sar Interferometry

A variation of the landslide activity is expected according to the climate change in the Alps, especially in permafrost environment. Mountain areas are not very well controlled by monitoring systems due to the high costs. Therefore, satellite data and especially repeatpass SAR interferometric techniques are an important option for the monitoring. In our contribution differential SAR interferome...
